We train communities in different parts of the country through various seminars and workshops on health, hygiene and sanitation. In remote and disadvantaged areas, women often have fewer opportunities to attend school and learn about health prevention and hygiene due to their living conditions, background and other stigmas.

We especially equip girls and women in disease prevention and teach them about menstruation. We introduce our self-made reusable sanitary pads (PAD) ‘hamropad’ and raise awareness about this sensitive issue.
We also teach women how to sew the pads in workshops in their communities.
